i cant get past the install utdc screen. utdc appears to be the antitcc of ut99. I press install and then I am booted back to windows.

After so many years Epic should just give the game away to get somebody to play it. I dont think they can get a whole lot of profit out of a 9 dollar game. Giving it away would bring new players into the game and which in turn means more ass to kick.

The only problem I see with FaceClassic, is that it becomes too easy too quickly and does not offer any team play. But the default map should be barnburner. It's even easier and team play requires you to shoot as many as people as possible.

Everything is fine. The difference between catalyst 5.11 and 5.12 was quite drastic, I can only imagine the difference between 4.12 and 6.10.

I use the Omega drivers found at http://www.omegadrivers.net/ati/win2k_xp.php . I found omega to be slightly better than catalyst. So I have been using them for a long time. Try limiting the servers to those with people in them so that not so many servers have to be pinged. Other than that, you will only be playing in a few servers. Just add them to the your favorites.
