If you guys know any good site where you can upload files fast. Please tell me. For now I'll just give you this link, I was suspicious of this high ping ever since he started spawn raping, so I started speccing him. Let the demo play, after about 4-5 mins, it will spec him. Click Me.

Reflex it's hard to get anything out of that demo b/c it's so choppy. You might want to raise the max tickrate in the ut2004.ini file. They will be a lot bigger but smoother as well. That demo chugged for me all over the place.

yeah, i tried to demo some botter, and i thought i did. then i tried to watch them, and the camera wasnt speccing anyone. just looking at the rock behind a base on face classic.

What's a good tickrate for demorec's?

if tickrate is anything like framerate i would say 30 or above, but I never had to change my tickrate so I wouldnt know.

Umm... I think it is limited to the maximum the server is set at... for example... mine is set at 70... but I know that not all servers run at it so I think it goes to w/e the server uses then. I'm not positive about that though.

I'm not sure you can change demorec tickrate for clients. It's defined by server.

A good place to upload files (up to one gig) is: http://www.yousendit.com

Once you have uploaded the file, it will email you a link, just post the link and anyone can grab the file.

I was on the IDA face server briefly last night and some idiot was botting - can't remember his name though, but he was a pain in the ass.

I spec'd him, would have banned him but wanted to record a demo so I can send it to Epic along with his GUID and IP. Oh and really good site J1, thanks a bunch.
