I like this thing:

Finally! It took 4 years for Epic since UT2k3 to understand how much old UT players are missing voice and team says and how important they were in original game.

My mic input slot thing is broken <_< >_>. Then again, if I were to play UT 2007 at all, I would need a new computer.

Those voice commands and teamsays are prerecorded, so you don't need to use a mic. Commands like "Incoming!", "Get the flag" and my favorite "I'm sorry your head fell apart!". In original UT voice teamsays were a big part of teamplay because they were louder, clearer and were duplicated in the chat window which was more useful than in 2k3/2k4.
