well, i finally found out where Timmy 
learned to play unreal. he cheated by using these instructions:

Steps
Get online in a multiplayer First Person Shooter game and do your best to annoy other players.
In general, whatever the 'rules' are, ignore or disobey them! If there is any way to cheat, do it! Spawn killing (spawn, move away, wait, kill the next spawned player) is a great example of this.
Join team games, then bring your teams score down purposely. The easiest way to do this is by just repeatedly running out in front of the enemy and letting them kill you. Sometimes you can also just kill yourself repeatedly (In Call Of Duty Online, just toss down grenades and then stand on them) to really annoy your teammates.
In confined spawn areas, always stand in front of other team players, block exits, and hit and/or shoot team members.
If the game has vehicles, use them to block roads and passageways. If they are destructible, destroy them so no one else can use them. Always try to be the driver and wait until other teammates are passengers, then do stupid things, like drive right off cliffs, into water, or crash the plane into the ground.
If the game has a turret you can man, get on it and blast away at the sky or ground (your teammates will think you?re nuts and they won?t be able to use it).
Follow your teammate who has the best score for the team and get in his/her way as much as possible.
If the game has a ?vote? option, keep trying to pass votes so it distracts everyone.
Focus on the best players and write them annoying messages so they are distracted and take time out from playing to answer you. For example, write: ?Hey [name of player], how come you?re cheating so much!? or ?How come you?re not playing in the Gay Men Rule! Clan??
If you're playing games where you can draw logos (such as Counter-Strike), you can download shock images such as Goatse, Tubgirl, Lemonparty, etc., and use them to disgust players.
